Septic Cleanser

A septic system is a necessity that can enhance your everyday experience or if not properly maintained, can create a real environmental mess for you and your family. Bio S.I. Septic Cleanser is one way to make sure your system keeps you and your family, free from odor, wet areas in the lawn (unless on rock) and the leach field lines free of buildup for the old systems and odor free in the new aerobic systems.

Bio S.I. Septic Cleanser is an all-natural microbial solution that digests the solids in the system. These microbes exist in nature but your system is not natural so it has to be added to the system to keep things working properly. These microbes keep the lines clean and free of buildup so waste can reach the holding tanks without backing up into the house. They also help keep the soil loose and free of build up so that wet spots don’t occur in the lawn where the kids and pets play. Septic Cleanser prevents the system from being overloaded with sludge buildup which causes odor and back gassing into the home. Bio S.I. Septic Cleanser can’t correct a natural drainage problem.

Application

Septic Cleanser is safe for use with PVC or metal plumbing. Septic Cleanser is also safe for use in RVs or other portable facilities. Septic Cleanser can stain porous surfaces if not cleaned immediately.

Home Septic System: Use one liter per month for a family of 4. Apply one ounce down each drain to keep sinks free flowing and odor free. Also apply one ounce down the garbage disposal to reduce odor and keep line clean. Rinse sinks after application to remove any solution in the sink. Divide remaining solution into the number of commodes left in the home. Larger families (6-8) should start with 2 quarts a month for the first few months, and then decrease to one quart per month.to keep the system working efficiently.

Households with one to two people should use one quart each month for two applications and then go to ½ to 1 quart every other month. Since the biggest problem in such cases is that the system is not used often enough (causing the system to dry up and waste to build up), flush more frequently to keep the system functioning properly.

RV’S - Apply 4ounces to each tank per month. Use one ounce per sink to keep the drains clean and draining well once a month. Add more Septic Cleanser to the tanks after clean out.

Office buildings, Hotels, and Apartment Building: To help maintain odor free sinks and other drain lines start with the bottom floor and treat each sink and drain with a solution of three or four ounces of Septic Cleanser in a gallon of water. Apply about one ounce down each drain and sink line.
